本協議用于申請將域名注冊信息中的域名注冊服務商該項記錄變更為 XIN NET CORP. (新網數碼科技)
This Change of Registrar Agreement is submitted for the purpose of applying to change the registrar of record of a domain name to XIN NET Corp. (we)
申請者需承諾以下條款
applicant (you) represent and warrant that:?
在申請時提供完整正確的信息
the information provided to XIN NET Corp. in connection with your application is accurate and complete;
擁有該域名的所有權
you are the rightful holder of the registration for the domain name;
與當前注冊服務商之間無任何費用拖欠
you are not in default on any obligations you may owe to the current registrar;
確保域名處于正常狀態,與任何正在解決的域名爭議及糾紛無關
you are not party to any dispute resolution proceeding concerning your use or registration of the domain name;
該域名在當前注冊服務商處注冊已正式生效或續費生效超過 60 天
your registration of the domain name with the current registrar has been in effect for at least 60 days，or renewal exceed 60 days；
申請者向新網數碼科技提出申請,要求為域名提供注冊商服務, 但在域名轉移正式生效前,我方對此域名不負有任何責任.
applicant request that XIN NET CORP. provide registrar services for the domain name. In furtherance of your request, you have applied for our registrar services. We will have no responsibilities as registrar of the domain name unless and until we send you or the updated registrant, as appropriate, notice of acceptance of the Application.?

On behalf of the current registrant of the domain name(stated as above) I agree to change the registrar of record of this domain name to XIN NET Corp. I also understand that by signing this application I confirm that I have understood and agreed to the terms and conditions of the CHANGE OF REGISTRAR AGREEMENT.
